This website is operated by Prime Gaming Products SRL, a company registered in Romania, with registered office at Str. Weiner Palada nr. 6A, Roșu, Ilfov, Romania, VAT number RO47614341, operating under the brand name 11Goats.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 11Goats.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products & Services

11Goats offers both personalized (custom-made) and standard (non-personalized) products.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to production methods or display differences.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include:

  • Shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes (for orders outside the EU)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 2–4 business days

  • Outside EU: 3–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or peak periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

8. Right of Return & Returns Procedure

8.1 Personalized Products

Customized products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law and are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Exceptions apply only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Does not match the order

8.2 Standard Products Eligible for Return

The following products may be returned:

  • Soccer / Football Packs

  • Player Cards

  • Fridge Magnets

8.3 Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

Non-compliant returns may be refused.

8.4 Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  • Email contact@11goats.com

  • State intention to return

  • Include order number

  • Provide brief explanation

Returns without prior notice may be refused.

8.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers remain responsible until received by us

8.6 Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must contact contact@11goats.com promptly. We may request photos and provide resolution in accordance with applicable law.

9. International Returns

For returns outside the EU:

  • All return costs are borne by the customer

  • Any customs duties incurred are the customer’s responsibility

  • Parcels should be marked “Returned Goods”

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and images, is the property of 11Goats and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Electronic Communications

By using our website or communicating with us electronically, you agree to receive communications electronically, including email and SMS, where applicable.

Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

12. SMS Marketing Terms

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS communications from 11Goats, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including:

  • Order notifications

  • Abandoned checkout reminders

  • Promotional offers

  • Review requests

  • Other transactional messages

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or by using the unsubscribe link provided.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation.

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.

Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

16. United States Customers – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

For customers located in the United States:

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, or jury trials.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to:
