Every 11GOATS card is handcrafted in Romania through a multi-step process that prioritizes durability and visual quality. The cards are not printed on paper or cardboard like traditional trading cards — they are manufactured from genuine PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) acrylic.
Pack cards use 1.5mm acrylic, giving them a satisfying weight and rigidity while keeping packs compact enough for the classic rip-and-reveal experience. Custom cards and player cards are produced on thicker 3mm acrylic, creating a premium, frame-worthy piece.
Each card receives a high-resolution print bonded to the acrylic surface with a protective vinyl overlay. This process ensures vivid colors that resist fading, scratching, and moisture.
