What are real life FIFA packs? +
Real life FIFA packs are physical, sealed packs containing 5 handcrafted acrylic football cards. Each card is printed on 1.5mm premium acrylic with vibrant UV-resistant printing. Open the pack to discover which players you got — no duplicates guaranteed.
What are the cards made of? +
All 11GOATS cards are made from premium PMMA acrylic — the same material used in museum displays. Pack cards are 1.5mm thick (80x60mm), player cards are 3mm thick (A5/A4/A3 sizes). Every card is handcrafted with a vinyl overlay, not printed on paper or cardboard.
How does the custom card process work? +
Choose from 50+ card designs, upload your photo, set your name and stats. Our designers remove the background and send you a digital preview before printing. Once approved, your card is handcrafted on 3mm acrylic and shipped within 5-7 business days.
How much do packs cost? +
A single pack starts from EUR 15 and includes 5 unique acrylic cards. Bundle deals are available: 3+ packs save 20%, 5+ packs save 25%, and 10+ packs save 35%. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes. We ship to 80+ countries via FedEx. EU delivery takes 2-4 business days, UK 2-4 days, and US/Canada 5-9 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from Romania.
Is shipping free? +
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over EUR 150 (before tax). For orders under EUR 150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is the return policy? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@11goats.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Contact us at contact@11goats.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
Are these official FIFA/EA Sports products? +
11GOATS is an independent fan-art brand. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts, FIFA, or any official football organisation. All card designs are original artwork inspired by the football card aesthetic.

What is a Display Field? +
A Display Field is a miniature football pitch made from 3mm plexiglass with magnetic backing. Place up to 11 acrylic cards in match-day formation. Available in multiple formations including 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2 and more.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your package in real time via the FedEx website or our Track Order page.
