What photo should I use for my custom card?
Use a clear, well-lit portrait photo where your face is fully visible. Any format works (JPG, PNG, HEIC). Avoid sunglasses or hats that hide your face. The original photo from your camera works best — avoid images saved from social media as the quality may be reduced.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes! After you place your order, we create your card design and send you a preview via email before printing. If you want any changes, just reply to the email. We only print after you approve the design.
How long does it take to receive my custom card?
Each card is handcrafted after you place your order. Production takes 2-3 business days, then shipping takes 2-4 days (EU), 2-4 days (UK), or 5-9 days (US/Canada). Free shipping on orders over 150 EUR.
What are the cards made of?
3mm premium acrylic (PMMA) with UV-printed, fade-resistant inks. Each card comes with an acrylic display stand included. Available in A5 (148x210mm), A4 (210x297mm), and A3 (297x420mm).
Can I get cards for my whole team?
Absolutely! Many customers order for their Sunday league team, academy squad, or friend group. Volume discounts apply automatically: 3+ cards = 20% off, 5+ = 25% off, 10+ = 35% off.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day Gold Standard Guarantee. Email contact@11goats.com with photos and we will replace or refund immediately.
How much does a custom FIFA card cost?
Custom FIFA cards start from EUR 30 for A5 size (148x210mm). A4 (210x297mm) and A3 (297x420mm) are also available at higher price points.
